Roles & Responsibilities, Expectations
# Hands-on experience working in JIRA:: Track 3-5 projects simultaneously
# Derive User Stories from Requirements received
# Estimate and Define, Assign Tasks / Sub-Tasks for Self and Team
# Decent exposure to Scrum framework:: Comply with Scrum Events, Impediments resolution / Escalation
# Manage & Monitor tasks via Jira assignment and work closely with the Team on the ground
# Provide project updates on a consistent and recurring basis to key stakeholders about Strategy, Risks/Issues, Mitigation plans, etc
# Highly reliable Code Reviews
# Ensure that Version Control / Daily backup is in place for all Code
# Bring in industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the entire project lifecycle
# Take full responsibility for Team's happiness quotient at work on a daily basis
# Comply with daily scrum calls, weekly status reporting ensuring that the Team is providing their daily work updates too:: Monitor Attendance compliance (you have a Task Master to assist directly)
# Performance Management (Assess / Improve and Continuously evolve)
# Provide assistance for timely Bills, Invoices generation with undebatable inputs on a recurring basis

# About 3-5 years of relevant work experience
# Industry certifications/recognitions are a plus (as in JCP, Hacker Rank, etc)
# Proven ability to solve problems creatively and swiftly
# Strong familiarity with Software tools, Methodologies, and Best Practices
# Strong Leadership and Coordination skills by being extremely resourceful coupled with Excellent analytical skills
# Ability to drive the scope and objectives of multiple projects
# Multi-tasking in order to have the whole Team and company grow organically
Hands-on Expertise needed
# Excellent logical thinking and knowledge on algorithms
# Heavy hands-on experience in Java, J2EE, Springboot
# BPM Skills preferred (Bonita, Camunda, Appian, or any other BPM platform)
# Experience in HTML 5, CSS, jQuery, Angular
# Experience in .NET, C# is a plus
# Exposure to RPA / Bots are a sheer plus
